Bait for Shark Fishing -

Shark fishing is available to

J hooks or Circle hooks work fine, but the circle hook is ideal, as it hooks the shark in the corner of their mouth, and allows for easier handling when at boat side.

Setup near any deep or shallow underwater structure, depending on your target shark fishing species, get your chum slick going, set the baits, and get ready for some excitement.

Please remember that shark fishing for Great White sharks is prohibited as they are a protected species. There are many species that go on and off the protected lists around the world, so know your local laws.
